DAY 1: THIGHS AND BUTTOCKS WORKOUT FOR WOMEN – LOWER BODY WORKOUT

Some of the best lower body exercises for women are lunges and deadlifts. These are really awesome moves and we are incorporating both of them in this workout, as well as some butt isolation exercises to give the glute muscles a good burn! This workout will help you shape your thighs and butt, and get rid of the fat around it, causing cellulite!

DAY 1 TOTAL TIME: 15 MIN


DAY 2: STANDING BOOTY WORKOUT

This standing booty workout is a killer! Your butt is going to burn like fire! All the exercises in this workout is there to grow and lift the butt! We are working the lower, upper and side of the booty. You can do the workout with a resistance band to increase the tension or you can do it without, it will still be a good workout. Let’s go get a firm, toned butt!

If you are struggling to lose leg fat or just want to tone your legs then this workout is good for you!! This workout has 8 exercises back to back (only 5sec rest in between). DAY 5: GLUTE AND HIP STRENGTH EXERCISES

This workout is focused on strengthening the glutes and hips. Stronger hips and glutes makes us move better as it helps with stabilizing the body and also to lift the legs when walking and running (Bigger and stronger glutes also looks nice😉). This workout is important for those sitting all day but is especially great for runners!

DAY 7: THIGHS AND BUTTOCKS WORKOUT

This lower body workout will strengthen, tighten and tone your thighs and buttocks very quickly! It works all the areas that we as women struggle with. Today we will fix it! We are doing 11 exercises in this workout and each one is lower body focused. Either inner and outer thighs, the butt, or both! The exercise are all great for firing up that lower body.

DAY 8 WORKOUT 1: SMALL WAIST ROUND BUTT WORKOUT

DAY 8 WORKOUT 1: What’s not to love about an abs and booty combo! This workout is aimed at getting you a small waist and round butt, so that you can have that gorgeous hourglass figure! All the exercises are centered around abs and booty!

DAY 8 WORKOUT 2: BURN THIGH FAT WORKOUT – FOR TONED THIGHS

DAY 8 WORKOUT 2: Quick 5 min workout and we are done!! You are going to feel the burn in this 5 mins though! But this is how we will tone and shape the thighs and burn the fat around it. There’s no jumping!

DAY 10: LEGS AND BUTT WORKOUT

This is a great workout for the lower body, hitting the legs and butt from all angles. It is going to burn, but push through, it will be worth it! We are getting those legs and backside strong and sculpted!

DAY 11 WORKOUT 1: BUBBLE BUTT! GROW & LIFT YOUR BOOTY

If you want a bigger, rounder, more voluptuous booty, then now is the time to get at it! This workout has basic exercises that’s a bit easier to perform, yet it is going to burn the butt! Remember to squeeze your booty throughout the workout, this will give the glutes some extra burn and give you better results at the end of the day! Enjoy! ❤

If you want slim, lean legs and thighs then this workout is for you! In 5 mins we are going to get those inner thighs burning like fire! The movements are going to help strengthen the inner thighs and burn that stubborn fat away!

Build a bigger butt quickly by doing these butt-lifting exercises. This workout is going to sculpt your buttocks from all angles, the under, upper and side of the butt! By doing the right exercises, you can lift your butt even if you don’t naturally have a round, firm butt!

DAY 14: LEGS WORKOUT FOR WOMEN

We all love leg day. But today’s leg day is more special, because it includes a touch of butt! This workout has a complete lower body agenda! To grow lean, strong, toned legs and butt! This is a moderate intensity and easy to perform workout. Enjoy! ❤
